Several people have commented recently from other local Swingers groups how they feel they are being driven underground because of the recent upswing in persecution by local City Governments, Police and others. They have even stated how they are "starting to meet in secret" and "moving from location to location so as to not attract attention". These comments stopped me for more than a few minutes when I thought about them. We are close approaching once again the end of the year and the annual Christmas celebrations where Christians celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ. This is one of the most celebrated Christian holidays. The other being Easter where Jesus Christ was put to Death by the Romans. Both of these events talk about how the Early Christians were persecuted by the Romans for their beliefs. And how they were forced to "Move from location to location, meeting in secret to avoid persecution" something that Swingers and other NON-Mainstream people are now being forced to do. Christians also talk about FORGIVENESS, LOVE THY NEIGHBOR, BEAR NO FALSE WITNESS and such. But yet they condemn us & make up FALSE ACCUSATIONS of heinous things that they say we are purportedly doing.
I believe we can all see similar relations to our current events & these of the Christians of the time of Christ. Here let me show you;
1. Pontius Pilot could be City Mgr Kent Cagle. After all he is the one who condemned Jesus Christ to be crucified. Something I wonder if Mr. Cagle wouldn't hesitate to do. After all he has ordered a SWAT Team to invade a Private Home where the most heinous activity they are accused of doing is having CONSENSUAL SEXUAL RELATIONS with others. I guess he was afraid some of the men would be "COCKED & loaded" or something akin to that.
2. Duncanville Police & SWAT team would of course be akin to the ROMAN CENTURIONS of the time. They were the ones who would STORM into places busting up furniture, surroundings & people with little regard to common sense or the law. Something the Duncanville SWAT team felt they needed to do against the CherryPit party one Saturday Night. I guess they felt better that they could bust doors down & everything against Private Citizens accused of having CONSENSUAL SEX rather than trying to bust DRUG DEALERS or others accused of more serious crimes. After all DRUG DEALERS, RAPISTS, MURDERS and the like are more likely to have weapons & use them than a bunch of Naked people possibly having sex together.

Duncanville City Manager KENT CAGLE
City MGR Kent Cagle seems to agree that he and the city of Duncanville is in a WAR with JIM & JULIE over the CherryPit Swingers Group & their right to enjoy the PRIVATE USE of their home for there private enjoyment of entertaining friends & acquaintances. "It's a war of attrition at this point, and until a judge decides that somebody's in the wrong, it will continue to go on." and "Eventually it will get to court, and we will prevail," said city manager Kent Cagle.

It seems Mr. Cagle is power mad about seizing property from citizens & stamping on everyone's rights. Maybe he is trying to shut the CherryPit down so he can move to this Rural Upscale neighborhood or give it to some Political ally or something . After all he is telling another citizen of Duncanville "They don't have the option to say no to us. We have made it clear we want that property. The only thing that will be settled in court is how much we have to pay for it."
