It seemsMr. Cagle is power mad about seizing property from citizens & stamping on everyone's rights. Maybe he is trying to shut the CherryPit down so he can move to this Rural Upscale neighborhood or give it to some Political ally or something . After all he is telling another citizen of Duncanville "They don't have the option to say no to us. We have made it clear we want that property. The only thing that will be settled in court is how much we have to pay for it."
